  We made an order for bday cake on Friday for Sunday (more than 24 hrs in advance). I came in person to this store to ensure that they get all the details correct. Fully paid for custom design. When we came to pick up cake on Sunday the lady in store said she does not have cake. She told us that she does not have our order even though we showed her fully paid order/ invoice from Friday. Extremely unprofessional and poorly organized place.
