  Very bad service. Management is terrible. 4 servers not 1 person could help me had 2 people talking and the other 2 gone. I ordered 1 item and not one person could hand it to me had to wait 15 minutes plus. If you are going to open a pastry place next to ninos you need to step up your game. They had food on display that was already sold because when they take your order they don't do it right away you gotta wait. At ninos when you order you grt it. I will not be coming here again. Management really needs to step up there game and fix how they do things. 15+ minutes to get handed a pastry. Terrible service

  If I could give this " place " a Negative Star Rating I would ! Placed order on Feb.7 for my son's Birthday on Sunday Feb.12. Drove all the way from Hamilton, Ontario in a Winter storm over 2.5hrs one way ! Called them on the way that I will be arriving at appx. 12:10pm as they close at 12:00pm on Sundays. They advised the order will be next door ! No order ! Next door called " The Big Cannoli " personal Cell. They had no knowledge of my order placed on Feb.7 or that I called while driving thorugh a winter storm. Terrible service ! I'll be going elsewhere !

  Absolutely love The Big Cannoli. We use them for all types of occasions. Over the past weekend we had The Big Cannoli cater our wedding. The wedding cake was absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved it. Our sweet table was filled with delicious treats and sweets and they even provided a fresh Cannoli station. Everything was absolutely perfect as always!

  So many varieties of Cannoli! Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you've never tried some Cannoli before!
