  The staff are nice and the food is okay. The managers are not aware of how customer service works. You do not argue with a regular customer when they say they liked most things except one of the dishes. We mentioned to the manager that one of their dumplings tasted off and we didn't eat it. We weren't even trying to get it taken off the bill. He argued with us and pretty much called us liars. Not a good way of treating paying customers.

  Absolute garbage! Made a delivery order. Half The order was not correct. Most horrible general tso chicken! We paid $60 for some awful rice and chicken!

  The biggest positive of this place is that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The ambience of the restaurant also is very nice. As for the food, it is more expensive than most Chinese restaurants I've ever had. For this price you would think that the quality will match the price, unfortunately it does not.
