  Customer service is getting worse as far as employee attitude goes. Nobody is helpful at this store. You have the produce guys who are rude and don't like to be bothered when you ask them a question. I witnessed this today at this location by a male employee who was abrupt and rude to an elderly lady. She and I exchanged looks because she couldn't believe how she was being spoken to. You guys really need to lay off your phones. Stop texting and checking your messages as you are being paid to WORK not to CHECK your phones every damn second. And no need to be irritated and cocky when people ask you simple questions. I know you'd rather be on your phone but that's not what you get paid to do.

  Busy store but the register lines move pretty quick. Nice flower and plant selection. The girls working at the floral arrangements are helpful and friendly. I do get annoyed when people go to the express lanes with well over the limit.

  Friendly staff. Great produce. Good selection of cultural foods and great prepared foods/ soup bar and sushi. A little more expensive than some other grocery stores but totally worth the extra few dollars for the quality of foods and services.

  Beautifully laid out grocery. The vegetables are fresh and abundant. The prepared food selection is vast and the pizza is delicious.

  Another great experience at the coffee bar in Fortinos. Fresh Roasted beans in store simply the best !
