  This is a nice place to do shopping , their fresh food section is good and they have reasonable prices .There's an international food section which is nice if you need non-Canadian products. They also match other merchants prices so if you can show them the offer they give you same price. Recently they also started selling beers and wines so you can pick up your drinks while doing your shopping .. just make sure your if you buy Alcohols ON SUNDAY , it gets scanned on the counter before 6PM , otherwise item will be restricted. the remaining week days , no such restriction.

  What a dirty dump. It's basically a No Frills. The floors are disgusting; $0.25 to use the shopping carts, I did not know this so I had to go back to my vehicle in the rain for a quarter. Smells like fish.
