  Beautiful clean hotel, but the service wasn't what it should be. I booked a block of rooms here for my wedding, and after awhile they began telling my guests that they were fully booked even though only 11 out of the 20 rooms were booked. The manager is impossible to get ahold of. Phone calls for returned multiple days later. And trying to get an early check in for ONE room was like pulling teeth. It was honestly the most frustrating experience. I made my husband deal with it after.

  Normal standard, bit out of the way unless you like mall's, stupid safety latches on bedroom doors engaged when room cupboard opened.. designer messed up! Breakfast had good range to suit most tastes

  Fantastic service and a friendly smile greets you the minute you walk into the hotel. The rooms are always fresh and clean. Restaurant staff are engaging and knowledgeable. Conveniently located within walking distance to Vaughan Mills Mall and a short drive to major attractions and trendy cafes and restaurants and a short drive to the airport makes the location ideally suited. A pleasure to stay here.
