  Associates were not helpful in finding product. I asked for a simple bathroom cabinet and was told I would have to do a complete bathroom design first. Didn't get a cabinet. Bought a dresser and asked for help loading 3 times. After 20 minute wait, took the boxes apart and loaded it myself. I'm 70 and the boxes clearly show loading is a 2 person job!!!

  I simply love this place for all the different kinds of furniture and Korean specially the ideas that they display for all the rooms and more importantly they have all their stuff for all the pocket sizes. Someone is always there to help you in case you need it. There restaurant is amazing with reasonable prices.

  Love this store. Cool and trendy items always available. In the pick up aisles it is sometimes difficult to find certain boxes (something is not in its designated aisle and bin) and the customer service is way too slow to help you find the box. I've seen people get so frustrated just waiting for someone to get back to them after checking on an item - they just always seem understaffed.

  An adventure store full of ideas and unique furnishings for the home. The restaurant food was less exciting than what we remember from years ago. The outside playground was a big hit and lots of kid oriented activities.
