  I had higher expectations. Left disappointed. In the hour that we were there , three separate steak orders got sent back .( ours was undercooked ) and I'm only assuming the others were as well . My biggest complaint is how filthy the booth was . It was covered in dust and cobwebs . It hasn't been properly cleaned as you would expect from the Keg. . I was there to celebrate my birthday but got no wishes from staff or management in spite of booking for this special occasion. The manager did however offer us dessert for the undercooked steak . A delicious and perfect creme brulee. Hit that like button if you agree or liked this post ..thanks

  Excellent service atmosphere and steaks! The shrimp cocktail is always perfect! Any steak and a twice baked potato and you are in for a treat. Awesome place to end a long day!

  Uggh! Worst steak Ive probably ever had. We were out with friends who told us they liked the Keg, so we went for steak. The waitress told us we should order our steaks 'medium well' because there is so much marbling and there will be too much gristle". That was a bit bizarre. Our steaks arrived and they were chewing and dry, slightly pink in the centre and flavorless. We were very underwhelmed and I sent my steak back. I order the $40 steak and it wasn't much better. Coffee was cold and the waitress said, "Oh, it must not be a fresh pot". Nothing was adjusted on the bill even though the manager came over to apologize. The quality of the steaks were terrible. Clearly the Keg gets their meat from the same food line as the lower-end grocery chains. Complete waste of money.
