This location used to be much better but I have seen it going downhill for a while. I cant even use the drive thru because they constantly mess up my order and I have to come back in and fix it. I try to avoid this location, but it is close to my work.

I had a coupon for a free soft serve ice cream cone, which simply said "redeem for free cone". It took the woman at the cashier 5 minutes to redeem my coupon. When my cone finally arrived, they gave it to the lady behind me, who I was in front of. After that they ran out of ice cream cmix, and gave it to a new employee to fill up. Long story short, it took me over 20 minutes to get one ice cream cone. Never coming here again.
