  Aside from the breathtaking exhibitions, the building and grounds are beautiful and an oasis that must be experienced. One can't help but decompress here. The food in the restaurant is always fresh and inventive and the gift shop offers a wonderful array of jewelery and Canadian crafts. This gallery is a Canadian treasure.

  Hardly worth the trip poorly curated. It strayed away from group of seven theme , first time going there was hoping see mass collection group of seven, oddly they showcased large rooms to guitars claiming it was related to tom thomson and some unknown acrylic artist. There where allot of bare walls and I was hoping be more interesting art and allot of group of seven paintings as they claim to have the largest Canadian collection. Rude staff who wouldn't allow you to take pictures of the paintings and kept following me around,also claiming it would steal natives souls and didn't want you take any pictures of what they had/claim where group of seven and or questioned mark oddly. painted opinion which raised suspicion . Hardly worth entry fee $15 dollars, I suggest to anyone going for group of seven to visit the AGO Museum as you will have greater time and see more art work and more selective. artist. The only thing that was worth this trip was going outside for a nature walk.
