  The venue is fabulous, however, the service lacks the experience to handle large groups. I am truly disappointed. I'm sure the function I attended didn't come cheap.

  Great place for managing any event of any size. They own the biggest halls in the GTA and provide all related event services.

  attended a wedding last month for my cousins wedding at Universal Event Space what a joke this place this is , Waiters and waitress which have no clue what they are doing (constantly spilling food on my table and table beside us) A doorman / security guard which insists you park in front of the hall then demands you tip him because he's "letting you park there " The worst part of my experience was due to bar-staff that take no care in serving patrons .. I received my drink and sat at the table when the lady beside me mentioned my mouth was bleeding , sure enough it was and the cause was the glass which had a huge chip at the rim and a crack down the middle ! This was due to a untrained bartender which used scooped the ice with the glass . When brought to the "managers" attention his remark was "these things happen" really ? these things happen ! they shouldn't happen , how about if this was a child who was bleeding ? would he use the same remark . I would never step foot back into ANY hall owned by Peter & Paul's in my life again ! I cringe thinking how many other guests swallowed glass as my glass obviously chipped in the ice bucket.

  I am not sure about the venue. I only ordered a few thousand cookies and dessert in two days. Flexibility on delivery and easier logistics made me choose Peter and Paul's instead of a bakery, however the homemade cookies they provided were ridiculously tiny. $1 per cookies was too expensive for cookies that were smaller than an Oreo. Plus they were 40 min late on delivery for one of the event and it did not go well. I cannot depend on Peter and Paul's for my future events.
