  The Food was amazing; Authentic italian cuisine run by an italian family. service was fast and pleasant. food was flavourful and delicious. space was open, friendly, and nice to look at. Definitely the place to go for an italian night out!

  Food was great, but unfortunately the owner left us with a bad taste. He was constantly over his servers shoulders, being very intimidating. He made us feel uncomfortable and was rushing them to clear off our plates and items, even before we were finished eating. Not to mention that one of our meals was forgotten and brought later to us, but he kept advising his server to grab plates around us as we were finishing the late meal. When we approached him about it, his solution was to blame the server and reprimand her right behind us. When we tried to ensure that our server wouldn't get into any more trouble, he would not allow her to come to our table and was going to send her home. I will not be coming back to a restaurant who treats their employees the way he did, as well as his customers. He never apologized for his behaviour or our late food and didn't even try to take it off our bill. What a shame.

  Tonight's experience at Piacere was very disappointing. Today was Valentines Day, and we were also celebrating my parents anniversary. Our server forgot to bring out a meal for my husband, BUT decided to bring out all the rest of the food for all the other people at the table??? by the time his meal came out, everyone else was done with their meal. Very displeasing, and we will not be attending this restaurant again.

  Good for group lunches and dinners. Formal Italian lunch was good. Too much food though.
