  Usually it's fine. However my latest experience was ordering a pizza for pick up. When I arrived, I was told there was no pizza and no order was taken. The girls at the front counter all looked at each other and scratch their heads. One then asked me if I could have mistakenly ordered from the second location. I told her that it was an impossibility as I frequently order pizza from this restaurant. She proceeded to phone the second location. They confirmed that no order had been taken at the second location. They advised me that I could order the pizza now and wait for it. I re-ordered the pizza. No apologies were given and no offers of restitutions were made. Of course I didn't expect anything but an apology would have been the right thing to do. I have dined at the Woodbridge location numerous times and also hosted a function with 18 people with no problems. Good food, friendly and cordial staff. I'll ask for a name next time I order pizza.

  Chef was unprepared for a reservation of 22. Main was dry chicken too cooked to chew.

  Tried most of the menu and have always felt like a party in my mouth everytime I eat there. Polenta fries are delicious. Pizza and pasta are great. I usually go on off hours as it's easier to get a table. Have never been able to get a table in prime time but when the food is this good I can understand.

  I have been to both locations several times and have consistently experienced only the best service and have always enjoyed the best food. Everything is made to order with quality ingredients from the regular menu items to specials. I have also booked That's Italian for their wonderful catering services (both personal and corporate) and have reserved space in the restaurant for special events and functions. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this establishment is. They go above and beyond for their customers which is why I regularly frequent this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. I highly recommend That's Italian.
