  Food and prices were good. Staff need to pay attention to orders and also take a keener interest in what a food item should look like before it is served. Ie. Lettuce for a salad should be cut up into bite size pieces instead of leaving it as big as your hand.

  Got the order wrong...once corrected made the sandwich wrong. Who puts tomato's in a steak and cheese panini!?! Plus it was hardly toasted

  Gets really packed during their rush hours. There's limited parking and it can get frustrating too. Coffee is usually good but every now and then my double double tasty like a regular or really watered down. The employees are generally nice but I know it can get stressful for them to deal with difficult customers especially difficult customers that haven't had their morning coffee yet.

  It's a shame google won't let me rate this place with ZERO stars. Customer service at its lowest level at this location, smile doesn't cost a penny. Service with a smile is a key factor for any business with store. The employees seems they are forced to work. Or like they are doing a favour to service me a coffee and a muffin ( which is thrown away on the cashier table instate of handing it ). Never ever again to this lame and sad Timmy.
