  To be honest, the wait in the drive thru didn't seem justified. Then, when I got to the order sign, no one came on the speaker to ask about my order. Then, when I was done ordering, no one asked if that "was it". When I asked if they heard me, they simply said "yeah". Did not get an order total, and was not instructed to drive thru. The icing on the cake was when I pulled up to the window. No "hello", no "how you like to pay". Just an arm stuck out the window, without eye contact, as though to indicate "pay me now, random person". Naturally, there was no thank you after I paid either. All in all, it was a super rude, unappreciative experience. Tim Hortons brand customer service and general politeness training is definitely required. Maybe not for all staff there, but definitely for the 2 people that I "interacted with" during my time in the drive thru. I guess the upside is that my order seemed to be correct.

  Heard through the drive thru intercom that the person taking order " I hate these people so much" after the car that order in front of me rolled away from the intercom and I came to the intercom ....she forgot to mute before making that comment and I felt that's very disrespectful. Make me wonder if she spits in peoples coffee also.......

  This is the Tim Hortons We visit after a long day at Canada's wonderland. The service is pretty quick and very friendly
